Welcome, from our little piece of heaven in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin: where we have found peace and relaxation for over 20 years.
We are Big R, Curly, Duke, Lola, and Roxy. A German native, Big R fell in love with the open land and rolling hills of Wisconsin, becoming a US citizen in the 80s. He met Curly, a Chicago city girl, who brought a little city to his country life. We enjoy raising buffalo and Irish Wolfhounds, and spending warmer days on their porch enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views (with no mosquitos!).
Duke is our main man and head of the wolfhound house. Lola is our watchful and motherly mama, with little "sister," our spunky Roxy. All of our furry family members are of the highest standard in their breed, in health, longevity, and temperament.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US
Big R's breeds purebred Irish Wolfhounds, meeting AKC Standards. Duke, Roxy, and Lola, are members of our family and we treat each of their puppies with love, care, and attention from the moment they are born until they are in your arms.
WAIT LIST
We are currently taking deposits for our wait list! Our litters tend to be spoken for before they are born, so we recommend joining the wait list to guarantee a future puppy from us. Deposits reserve the next available pick of either a male or female, dependent on the number of pups born. After the puppies are all spoken for, remaining picks are moved up! You can always move your pick to a future litter if we cannot find a puppy that fits with your family dynamic or if the timing will not work out. Deposits are $200 and are not refundable for any reason.

DUKE
Duke was the first member to our family. He watches over us and wants to keep us safe. He is Rainald's buddy. Duke likes to sit on the couch with Cathy. He is a snuggler and loves attention.
LOLA
Lola is the second member to our family. She is our sweetheart. Cathy's buddy and she likes to call her ""mama bear". she likes to look at you straight in the eyes and loves to be loved.
ROXY
Roxy is our third member to our family. She is so sweet and full of life.She can be ornery sometimes and she will hear her full name Roxanne. She is a puppy and thinks she weighs 10lbs. She is our little lover who enjoys to be petted.
